NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, June 23, 2008, a quorum of the Natural Resources Board will arrive at approximately 7:00 p.m. at the Best Western Grand Seasons Hotel, Waupaca, Wisconsin.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at approximately 9:30 a.m., a quorum of the Natural Resources Board will tour the Bohn Lake State Ice Age Trail, County Highway B, town of Deerfield near Hancock, Wisconsin. At approximately 10:30 a.m., they will depart for the Best Western Grand Seasons Hotel, Waupaca, Wisconsin.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at 11:15 a.m., the Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Board and the Natural Resources Board will leave the Best Western Grand Seasons Hotel, Waupaca, Wisconsin for a luncheon at Kings Table, N2717 County Highway QQ, King, Wisconsin. At approximately 12:15 p.m., both Boards will depart for a tour of the Wild Rose State Fish Hatchery, N5871 State Road 22, Wild Rose, Wisconsin and then at approximately 2:00 p.m. depart for a tour of Quantum Dairy, N1602 Buchholz Road, Weyauwega, Wisconsin. At approximately 3:15 p.m., both Boards will then return to the Best Western Grand Seasons Hotel in Waupaca, Wisconsin. At approximately 4:00 p.m. both Boards will convene for a joint meeting. Immediately following the meeting, both Boards will depart for Hartman Creek State Park, N2480 Hartman Creek Road, Waupaca, Wisconsin. At approximately 5:30 p.m., both Boards will have dinner. At approximately 8:30 p.m., both Boards will then return to the Best Western Grand Seasons Hotel, Waupaca, Wisconsin.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at the Best Western Grand Seasons Hotel, Waupaca, Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1-7 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 12:00 p.m., the Natural Resources Board will meet in closed session under the authority of s.19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of discussing potential real estate transactions.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.
