NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, the Natural Resources Board will tour and/or receive presentations at the following locations (Note: The public must preregister with Board Liaison to attend scheduled tours. See the Contact Information for the Board Liaison at right. Exact tour schedule is subject to change). Arrive at approximately 11:30 a.m. at CenturyLink, 333 Front Street North, La Crosse, topic: Overview of redevelopment tools used by R & R. At approximately 12:45 p.m. the Board will arrive at the Oktoberfest Grounds/Xcel Energy, 615 2nd Street North, La Crosse, topic: History of the contamination related to gasification at Oktoberfest Grounds. At approximately 1:45 p.m., the Board will arrive at Trane #6, 1305 St. Andrew Street, La Crosse, topic: Environmental cleanup and redevelopment of the former industrial property. At approximately 2:30 p.m., the Board will arrive at Desmonds and Kwik Trip, 2338 Commerce Street, La Crosse, topic: Environmental contamination and redevelopment of a large scale dry cleaning facility. At approximately 3:45 p.m., the Board will arrive at Grandad Bluff, 3020 Grandad Bluff Road, La Crosse, topic: Partnering with Stewardship.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center, 3060 South Kinney Coulee Road, Onalaska Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1-3 and 6-7 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at approximately 10 a.m., the Natural Resources Board will meet in closed session under the authority of s.19.36(1) Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of discussing personnel matters.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.
