Job Description: IT Coordinator - LTE

This position will provide IT-Support for staff and managers for the entire External Services Division. Duties and responsibilities will include: installation of the Windows 10 operating system, the Office 365 suite and other software packages; physical installation of computer hardware for new and replacement computers; and troubleshooting/resolution/tracking of technology requests and incidents in Cherwell.

70% Work with the other Division ITCs to respond and resolve incidents, troubleshoot problems, fulfill service requests and track requests and actions submitted in Cherwell. Work with the other Division ITCs to ensure that the Division's hardware and software meets our customers' needs. Assist to complete all tasks related to replacement computer installs and new computer purchase installs.

20% Work with the other Division ITCs to update equipment and software/license inventory records in Cherwell.

10% General duties as needed, relative to the position.

Knowledge Required:

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Experience with Windows 10 operating system and Office 365
2. Experience supporting a broad range of customers in a diverse and expansive environment
3. Experience documenting and monitoring service requests and incidents and hardware/software inventory management.
4. Experience providing quality customer service and the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical staff.
5. Experience troubleshooting computer and telecommunications issues and resolving or triaging as necessary.
