Hourly Rate: $10.500 per hour, plus $0.45 per hour for evenings after 6 p.m. and $0.60 per hour for Saturday and Sunday work. You will be paid at time and one half for any hours worked on holidays.

Job Description: Visitor Services Associate - LTE

You will be required to attend an on-boarding session prior to your start date at the property. Information regarding location and date will be provided to successful candidates.

55% Greet visitors, collect fees and disseminate information. Use electronic cash registers, electronic credit card verification equipment and computerized reservation and reporting systems.

25% Provide answers to visitor questions concerning the specific park area, as well as explain the area's recreational opportunities, interpretive services, concessions and campground availability.

10% Be responsible for an individual park pass sales account, remit all fees collected accurately and in a timely manner. Due to the fiduciary responsibilities of this position, a background check will be conducted.

10% Distribute brochures, maps and provide directions/routes of travel throughout the park; inform visitors of potential safety hazards.

Knowledge Required:

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent public relations and cash handling skills.
- Must be able to process varied information and serve customers in a sometimes interruptive, noisy and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated and punctual.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and public.
