Title: LTE - LABORER (3 Positions)

Hourly Rate: $10.500 per hour, plus $0.45 per hour for evenings after 6 p.m. and $0.60 per hour for Saturday and Sunday work. You will be paid at time and one half for any hours worked on holidays.

Duration: Job starts approximately May 13, 2018

Job Description: Laborer - LTE

This position requires weekend, evening and holiday work hours. You will be required to attend an on-boarding session prior to your start date at the property. Information regarding location and date will be provided to successful candidates.

Due to equipment usage, you must have a valid regular operator's license; a minimum of two years licensed driving experience and must be at least 18 years of age. You must not have received an OWI or DUI violation within the past year, or three or more moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last two years.

50% Mow grass. Pick up litter. Clean beach areas, restrooms, campfire rings and picnic grills. Remove trees and brush.

30% Perform general maintenance duties. Develop and maintain trail surfaces. Install signs. Haul garbage. Paint grills and picnic tables.

15% Operate vehicles and light equipment.

5% Perform minor plumbing and electrical duties.

Knowledge Required:

Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge, skills and experience of general maintenance operations.
- Follow the direction of lead worker, ranger, and supervisor.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and punctual.
- Ability to work a modified schedule; nights, weekends, holidays, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating and maintaining a variety of gas powered tools.
- Good customer service skills: good communicator, good listener and a willingness to help others.
- Ability to solve problems as they arise.
