Title: LTE - LABORER

Hourly Rate: $10.500 per hour.

Duration: Job starts approximately April 29, 2018

Job Description: Laborer-LTE

Knowledge and skills in general and preventative maintenance duties including janitorial, grounds work, and painting. Training or experience in vehicle operations including trucks, tractors, and bobcat; experience using hand and power tools including chain saws. Duties will be performed with coworkers and independently; must be able to work alone with minimal supervision; ability to work outside in difficult weather conditions.

50% Mow grass. Pick up litter. Clean beach areas, restrooms, campfire rings and picnic grills. Remove trees and brush

30% Perform general maintenance duties. Develop and maintain trail surfaces. Install signs. Haul garbage. Paint grills and picnic tables.

10% Operate vehicles and light equipment

10% Perform minor plumbing and electrical duties.

Knowledge Required:

Required Qualifications:
- Experience using hand and power tools including chainsaws.
- Due to equipment usage, must be 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge, skills and experience of general maintenance operations
- Building/facility or repair maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and punctual
- Ability to work a modified schedule; nights, weekends, holidays, etc.

Interviews will be held tentatively March 10, 2018.
