Title: LTE - VISITOR SERVICES ASSOCIATE (4 Positions)

Hourly Rate: Between $11.00 - $12.00 per hour depending on experience and training.

Duration: Job starts approximately April 29, 2018

Job Description: Visitor Services Associate - LTE

This position staffs the visitor contact station and greets park visitors. Duties consist of selling vehicle admission stickers, registration of campers, answer phones, disseminate park information, and other clerical duties. Evening and weekend work required. This is a seasonal position and start date and end date is negotiable however the position is full time Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Some part-time work in the fall and winter is possible.

80% Collect fees and disseminate information. Work primarily out of the park entrance station. Use electronic cash registers, electronic credit card verification equipment and computerized reservation and reporting systems. Register campers and sell admission stickers to visitors. Provide answers to visitor questions in regards to the park and surrounding community, the area's recreational opportunities, interpretive services, amenities, and campground availability.

10% Conduct revenue remittances and maintain sticker accounts.

10% Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge Required:

Required Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills and experience
- Money handling and accounting experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
