TOWN OF MENASHA: Shady Lane/Arena Pond

Purpose

to cost-share construction of a wet detention pond near the intersection of Shady Lane and Arena Drive to help the town meet requirements of the approved TMDL for the Lower Fox River Basin for TP and TSS and to help it comply with its MS4 permit and ch. NR 151, per the UNPS & SW Program Construction Grant Application titled Shady Lane/Arena Pond and submitted in 2013.
