WAUPACA COUNTY: Jonely Farms Manure Management

Purpose

To cost-share installation of manure management systems in response to existing overflows of agricultural runoff containing nutrients, bacteria and other pathogenic organisms affecting Lake Weyauwega and the Waupaca River Watershed and to address violations of the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions relating to: manure storage facilities-new/significant alterations, nutrient management, prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
