Large Scale Lake Planning
The Sevenmile Lake Adaptive Management Plan results from a large-scale project funded by a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) Lake Planning Grant. The project was sponsored by the Sevenmile Lake Association (SLA) and coordinated by White Water Associates, Inc., an independent ecological consulting firm and environmental laboratory. Since Sevenmile Lake was a primary subject of this project, the SLA is the recipient of this adaptivemanagement plan.
Sevenmile Lake Association is sponsoring phased large scale lake planning grants to study Sevenmile Lake, in Oneida County. The project will focus on developing a Lake Management Plan (LMP) for Sevenmile Lake. Phase 2 will be submitted for funding during the Aug 1, 2012 grant cycle.
