Citizen Lake Monitoring Training - Mercer Community Center - 07/25/2008

Purpose

This workshop will be held from 9:30am-Noon. It will cover aquatic invasive species (AIS) monitoring protocols and whole-lake monitoring for Eurasian water-milfoil, curlyleaf pondweed, zebra mussel, spiny waterflea and other invasive species. At this workshop you will learn monitoring techniques, plant/animal identification through use of live or preserved specimens, and how to help with statewide tracking efforts.
