Citizen Lake Monitoring Training Session - Jordan Lake - 05/17/2008

Purpose

This workshop will be held at 9:00am. Meet at the Jordan Lake public dock off of County G (entrance to boat dock is just north of Home Again resort entry). It will cover only the "hands-on" portion of the training for water clarity monitoring (Secchi) and all aquatic invasive species (AIS). At this workshop you will learn monitoring techniques, plant/animal identification through use of live or preserved specimens, and how to help with statewide tracking efforts.
