BCPC Board of Directors APPROVED SSA Amendment 2017-11 Plan Correction - Recorded Affidavit with Map
This project was unique in that an ESA setback was established as part of a combination CSM review. BC Subdivision ordinance does not require that ESA setbacks be included as a part of the combination CSM document unless previously established by a former CSM or Subdivision. BC removed the ESA from the property and the 50' setback required by the Village of Howards shoreland zoning is not required to be shown.

Brown County Sewer Service Area amendment request in the Town of Lawrence
A 0.11 acre area of wetland (50-feet by 100-feet) within an environmentally sensitive area was scraped with the scraped soil removed from the property. The boundary of the environmentally sensitive area remains unchanged; the scraped area, remaining wetland, and existing 35-foot wetland setback remain an environmentally sensitive area. No WDNR approval needed.

BCPC Plan Correction to update wetland setback on Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, 41, 42, 43, 44, 48, 50, and 51 of Plat of Moose Creek Estates. No WDNR approval required.
This is the 2040 Brown County Sewage Plan. It received approval from the Brown County Planning Commission Board of Directors on Sept. 2, 2015. WDNR had pre-approved the plan update in May of 2015. WDNR approved the final version on September 21, 2015.
Sewer Service Area amendment was requested by the Village of Pulaski. The request proposed the addition of 4.19 acres to the Village of Pulaski sewer service area. The purpose of the amendment is to provide sewer service to a future commercial property. BCPC has found there will be no environmentally sensitive area impacts because of the amendment.

BCPC The amendment request proposed the placement of 0.14 acres of fill within Lots 12-13 of the proposed Woods Edge subdivision plat, the creation of 0.15 acres of wetland being added adjacent to existing wetland within Outlot 2 of the proposed Woods Edge subdivision plat, and the inclusion of pervious pavement within steep slope and wetland setbacks for only Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 14, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, and 23 of the proposed Woods Edge subdivision plat, provided there is no conflict with Shoreland Zoning. The amendment purpose is to allow for residential development.
