BURNETT COUNTY LAND CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT: Burnett County Native Plant Flyer Update and Reprint

Purpose

Burnett County Land Services Department is sponsoring a project to update text and print two native plant flyers with the following goals: In helping Burnett County\2019s shoreland preservation and restoration efforts they will be updating and printing \201CTop Ten Native Shrubs for Wildlife\201D and \201CTop Ten Native Plants\201D. Flyers will be used in cooperation with the Burnett County Lakes and Rivers Association to educate lake and river property owners and business partners in hopes of increasing the percentage of waterfront properties that meet county shoreline buffer standards. Also, to decrease runoff quantities and erosion from lots in the shoreland. Project deliverables include: Updated flyers in print-ready format as well as PDF\2019s posted on Burnett County and BCLRA websites. Will be making 1000 copies of each brochure. Specific project conditions: The specific objectives, metrics, and deliverables for the listed activities are included in the application and supporting materials, and this scope is not intended to replace or supersede those documents. If consultant is to provide final report, it is recommended that Grantee provide DNR Lake Coordinator with a draft for comment on report adequacy prior to making final payment to the consultant. DNR to receive both paper and electronic .pdf copies of the final report along with, or prior to submission of grantee's final payment request.
