SWEET WATER - SE WI WATERSHED TRUST INC: Watershed Playbook Development Workshops

Purpose

SWWT will host four workshops to develop \201CWatershed Playbook\201D guiding documents that provide a framework for overlaying watershed planning documents with BMPs, associated costs, potential funding sources, and methods for identifying project roles and responsibilities. Project final deliverables include: A printed and digital copy of a project summary report, describing all activities conducted under this grant as referenced in the application, a description of and examples of all marketing, communications and outreach efforts, as well as a digital copy of content of the \201CWatershed Playbook\201D housed and made available to the public on SWWTs website. Specific project activities include: 1) Host one Communication and Documentation Workshop and provide resulting document that explains utilization of existing watershed planning documents. 2) Host one Facilitation Workshop and provide resulting document that explains the process of SWWT to serve as meeting facilitator for Partner\2019s implementation projects. 3) Host one Implementation Workshop and provide resulting document that defines a process to assist Partner\2019s project implementation. 4) Host one Reporting Workshop and provide resulting document that describes information to be included in SWWTs annual watershed report. 5) Develop website based communication material communicating product of the Workshops. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. Records, reports, and digital images must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional River Coordinator. If a consultant is to provide final report, it is recommended that Grantee provide DNR Rivers Coordinator with a draft for comment on report adequacy prior to making final payment to the consultant. DNR to receive both paper and electronic .pdf copies of the final report along with, or prior to submission of grantee's final payment request.
