SWAT Team Impaired Waters List (303d) Validation


Central Office SWAT will conduct field work to provide data for up to 30 listed impaired waterbodies statewide that don't have the appropriate data to support their impaired listing.


It is necessary to have an Impaired Water List that is accurate and defensible should the validity of a listed waterbody be questioned.


1) Number of sample sites associated with the project: Up to 30 waterbodies statewide with up to 2 sample sites per listed impaired segment. 2) Number of sampling events associated with project: One sample event per listed impaired segment. 3) Estimated date when sample collection will be complete: 06/30/2009 4) Estimated date when all data will be entered into appropriate database. 06/30/2009 5) Estimated date when final report will be complete. 06/30/2009
