Large Scale Lake Planning
Lakes Planning Report
Waupaca County Water Quality Committee proposes to determine the present conditions of Stratton Lake, and determine the conditions of the groundwater inflow to the lake and how it affects plant growth and speciation of aquatic macrophytes in the lake. Project activities include; lake water testing, groundwater testing and an aquatic plant survey. This is phase one of a two part study with both parts needed for the complete picture. When both parts are complete the Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. The project results will be disseminated to the public by news letter and fact sheet mailing, public meeting and local newspaper articles.
