Wisconsin Brownfields Coalition

The Wisconsin Brownfields Coalition was created in 2003 in order to obtain federal funding from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for brownfields cleanup. Current members include the DNR and Wisconsin's nine regional planning commissions. Revolving loan funds that are awarded to the WBC are managed by the DNR through the Wisconsin Ready for Reuse Loan and Grant Program. Coalition assessment grants that are awarded to the WBC are managed by the DNR through the Wisconsin Assessment Monies program.
