Wisconsin state forests provide a wide variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, off-road biking, backpacking, horseback riding, ATVing and snowmobiling. Camping in our state forests is also a very popular activity. Whether camping with family or with a group, along a river at a canoe campsite or along a backpack trail, state forests offer many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your own tent.
