Using photos from the Natural Heritage Conservation Program species & community pages

Photos taken by DNR staff may be copied for other uses without permission, but please credit both the photographer and the Wisconsin DNR. Photos from non-DNR photographers were often donated for use by the Natural Heritage Conservation Program, sometimes specifically for use on these Web pages. Express permission from the photograper is needed before using these photos.
