General Information The Location Details page displays information regarding the Facility operating at the physical location or property. A facility may be involved in one or more Waste Management Activities and one or more other Activities (usually Remediation Activities). Printer Friendly Version

Facility Name
The name of the entity (business, operation, governmental unit, property owner, etc.) at a location currently or formerly involved in activities regulated by the Waste Management Program of the DNR. If there is no entity currently operating at the location, the field will contain the name of the most recent entity. top

Displays the Wisconsin County where the facility is located. top
Region
Displays the Wisconsin DNR Region where the facility is located. top
FID/Facility ID
A 9 digit identification number used by programs in the DNR to identify a site for various purposes, including document tracking and consolidated
environmental billing.top
EPA ID
A 12 character identification number assigned by DNR staff through EPA's RCRAInfo data system to sites involved in activities related to
hazardous wastes, universal wastes and used oil. top
SIC Code
The most recently reported Standard Industrial Classification Code for this facility will be displayed if available. Since 2001, the Waste Management Program has collected NAICS Code information rather than SIC Code. top
NAICS Code
The most recently reported North American Industry Classification System Code for this facility will be displayed if available.
