Detailed information: Rex Mehlberg on behalf of the Village of Ashwaubenon, 900 Anderson Dr., Green Bay, has applied to the Department of Natural Resources for a permit to place habitat structures on the bed of Ashwaubenon Creek and the Fox River. The project is located in the Village of Ashwaubenon, Brown County. The project is proposing enhancement of shoreline and near-shore habitat and wildlife nesting opportunities by installing 3 off shore shoals, up to 20 fish stick structures, and 6 nesting platforms below the ordinary high-water mark along the Park's shoreline.
