Detailed information: Enbridge Energy Limited Partnership - Superior Terminal, located at 2800 E 21st St., Superior, Douglas County, Wisconsin, FID 816010580, submitted to the Department of Natural Resources a permit application, including plans and specifications for the modification of 21 crude oil storage tanks and the revision of 816010580-P16 for operation of a facility for the pipeline transportation of crude oil and crude oil storage. Due to state measures being implemented to prevent spread of the COVID-19 virus, this hearing will be held virtually, rather than in person. With high interest in this hearing, the department is asking all attendees who are choosing not to provide oral testimony during the hearing to watch it on MediaSite: Skype has a limit on how many people can log in at a time and the high interest indicates the hearing will exceed this limit.
