Detailed information: The City of Mellen Wastewater Treatment facility is located at 500 Christ Lutz Drive in Mellen Wisconsin. Discharge is to the Bad River in Ashland County within the Upper Bad River Watershed in the Lake Superior dBrainage Basin. The proposed WPDES permit WI-0020311-10-0 includes a proposed Mercury Variance.
