Naturalist Led Kayak Tour

Time: 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Activities: Canoeing/kayaking, Outdoor activity, Outdoor skills
Location: Peninsula SP

Must pre-register at Nature Center. Limited to fifteen participants. Arrive at Nicolet Beach Rentals by 9:45 a.m. Naturalist-led tour features Peninsula history and ecology. Two-mile paddle along Peninsula's beautiful shore. Beginners welcome. A lifeguard is not on duty. Youth age 17 and younger must be in a kayak with an adult. $24 plus tax per person payable at Nicolet Beach Concessions. Tour may be cancelled due to weather or high winds.

Who Lives in a Log?

Learn about salamanders, frogs and other woodland critters then take a forest walk to catch (and release) them. Optional art project follows. Nature Center.

Naturalist at Eagle Panorama

Activities: Drop-in Program, Educational Programs, Nature study

Drop in any time from 1-2 p.m. to chat with the naturalist. Stay for ten minutes or longer. Identify nearby islands, learn why Green Bay waters offer exceptional smallmouth bass habitat, and have your park questions answered.
