This Norwegian settler cabin from 1864 has been open to the public as a nature center and historic cottage for 20 years now. Help us celebrate our Norwegian heritage - learn what life was like for Norwegian settlers in the mid-1800's, play traditional games, try your hand at a spinning wheel and loom or other Norwegian crafts. Take a guided nature hike. Buy a Norwegian cookbook. There will also be free cider and cookies. Or, simply explore a scenic park on a beautiful fall day!
