Invasive Crusaders Volunteer Workdays

Activities: Educational Programs, Plant study, Wildlife conservation
Location: Lakeshore SP

Looking for a way to spend more time outside, while contributing to a good cause? Our volunteers will assist staff with invasive species removal in a variety of the park's prairies and occasional site cleanups. Gloves and spades/tools will be provided for use, but feel free to bring your own! Please contact the park to sign up for our volunteer list and stay informed of any changes. Meet at the north entrance.

In the heart of downtown Milwaukee, Lakeshore State Park provides a unique urban oasis with recreational and educational opportunities geared to the urban population. Lakeshore State Park offers great views of the city and Lake Michigan and has a reservable, overnight boat slip.
