Join Lakeshore State Park staff in cleaning up the park after the winter thaw! This volunteer event is in coordination with Milwaukee Riverkeeper, and pre-registration is required and limited to 25 individuals. Sign up starting Friday, February 15 at www.milwaukeeriverkeeper.org. Volunteers will be provided with gloves, cleanup materials and a free Milwaukee Riverkeeper T-shirt! Free. Adults Only. Meet at the North Entrance just west of Discovery World's flags.

In the heart of downtown Milwaukee, Lakeshore State Park provides a unique urban oasis with recreational and educational opportunities geared to the urban population. Lakeshore State Park offers great views of the city and Lake Michigan and has a reservable, overnight boat slip.
