The PRP group has requested state financial assistance to implement the AECOM work plan for certain site work inside the operational area of the Airport. Other than an initial acknowledgement of that request, the group has had no further communications from DNR on this request. The City has offered to annex the two properties on South Fox Ranch Road into the City and connect them to city water and sewer. The owners have declined the annexation invitation. The City is prepared to offer annexation, along with city water/ sewer connections, to other properties to the south of the Airport to owners with wells above promulgated standards.
