As discussed previously with WDNR, and as presented in a July 19, 2019 letter to WDNR, Tyco Fire Products LP is the appropriate legal entity for Responsible Party reference. Therefore, âJCIâ should not appear in the Activity Name data field above or be referenced in future correspondence and documents.
A Groundwater Sampling Work Plan was submitted on March 25. Field investigation activities were initiated in early summer and are ongoing at the site. Routine communications were completed with the WDNR regarding the investigation activities.
