July 12, 2016 to September 15, 2016 GHD collected additional groundwater sampling data from all on Site monitoring wells.
10-13/16 â Shawn Wenzel of WNDR requested additional information to facilitate the review of the Phase II ESA Report (Phase II) associated with the Assembly Plant dated May 30, 2016. WDNR requested that information from the additional groundwater sampling activities be imported into the current excel spreadsheets. WDNR also requested that data figures present information for soil and groundwater being compared to the generic WDNR criteria associated with NR 140 enforcement standard (ES) and/or Preventive Action Limit (PAL) exceedances; and, that the residual contaminant levels (RCL) standard for the soil to groundwater pathway should be included on the tables. WDNR requested all figures include data for the Site Investigation Report (SIR) and the Phase II and to have contours showing each contiguous area of contamination exceeding this pathway for both the SIR and Phase II reports.
11/7/16 â GM submitted the information requested on October 13, 2016 by WDNR.
12/2/16 â GM held a conference call with WDNR to discuss additional information submitted on November 7, 2016.
