NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, the Natural Resources Board will arrive at the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, Commission Conference Room 121, Milwaukee, Wisconsin at approximately 11:00 a.m. for a lunch meeting with the Wisconsin Conservation Congress Executive Council. At 12:15 p.m. the Natural Resources Board will travel to the Hank Aaron Trail, Milwaukee, Wisconsin to receive a presentation on the connecting corridor. The Board will then depart for a tour of the Valley Power Plant, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (tour canceled). At approximately 3:00 p.m., the Board will return to the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District. Modified

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, the Natural Resources Board will have a listening session at the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, Commission Conference Room 121, Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (NOTE: The public may preregister to speak by Friday, May 23, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. If the Board receives no registrations or walk-in registrations at the door by 4:00 p.m. on May 27, 2008, the session will end at that time.). The Board will then depart for the Comfort Inn Suites, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, Commission Conference Room 121, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1-7 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.
