Detailed information: A proposed question at the 2019 Spring Fish and Wildlife Rules Hearings ask whether people favor increasing the minimum length limit for walleye, sauger and their hybrids from 15 inches to 18 inches, reducing the daily bag limit from 5 to 3 and keeping a year-round open gamefish season on Lake Koshkonong, the Rock River and all connected Jefferson County tributaries from the Indianford Dam to the lower Watertown Dam.  This meeting is being held to provide additional information on this proposal. A second meeting will be held March 28 in Janesville.

Natural Resources Board Order WM-21-18 is a permanent rule that would modify chs. NR 10 and 45 related to hunting, trapping and target shooting. Detailed information: The Off-Road Vehicle Council provides advice and makes recommendations to the department of natural resources, the department of transportation, the governor, and the legislature on all matters relating to all-terrain vehicle trails and all-terrain vehicle routes, including matters relating to activities conducted on all-terrain vehicle trails and all-terrain vehicle routes by all-terrain vehicle users and utility terrain vehicle users, and makes recommendations to the department of natural resources with regard to requests for funding. An agenda will be available at least one week before the meetingon the council's page of the DNR website.
