Join RiverEdge Nature Center and DNR staff for one of the largest annual conservation events in the state! The event has a ceremonial Native American blessing, rock climbing wall, a live amphibian and reptile exhibit, and more! Sponsor your own sturgeon to hand-release by visiting the Sturgeon Fest website.

In the heart of downtown Milwaukee, Lakeshore State Park provides a unique urban oasis with recreational and educational opportunities geared to the urban population. Lakeshore State Park offers great views of the city and Lake Michigan and has a reservable, overnight boat slip.
