Brule River Lions Run

On Sunday, August 12, the Brule River Lions Club is sponsoring a 2-mile and a 5-mile race on the After Hours ski trails. The races are followed by a Lions Club chicken barbeque at the Brule pavilion. Race day registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the races begin at 9 a.m. More information.

The Brule River State Forest offers exceptional recreational opportunities, including wildlife viewing, a 16-mile stretch of the North Country National Scenic Trail, eight miles of frontage on Lake Superior, the Bois Brule State Fish Hatchery and much more.
