NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will tour and/or receive presentations at the following locations (NOTE: The public must preregister with Board Liaison to attend scheduled tours. Registration information is located on the last page of the agenda. Exact tour schedule is subject to change). 1) The Board will arrive at UW-Hudson Center, 2501 Hanley Road, Room 200B, Hudson at approximately 11:20 a.m. for lunch. 2) At approximately 12:15 p.m., the Board will arrive at the Stillwater Bridge, intersection of Highway 64 and 35, Stillwater, for a presentation on the history and implementation of the bridge project, and a summary of Basin Team projects and outcomes. 3) At approximately 1:10 p.m., the Board will arrive at the Loop Trailhead, 70 County Road E, Houlton, for a presentation on work by St. Croix County resulting from the building of the bridge. 4) At approximately 2:10 p.m., the Board will arrive at the Town of St. Joseph Town Hall, 1337 County Road V, Hudson, for a presentation on Stormwater and Wastewater projects being completed due to the bridge project and on UW-River Falls work with intergovernmental collaboration. 5) At approximately 3:20 p.m., the Board will arrive at Willow River State Park, 1034 County Road A, Hudson, for presentations on the overview of the State Park system and changes, Willow River State Park information, Friends of the Willow River's part in the Park's changes, an overview of internal and external collaboration, the dam, and liability. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board meeting will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, in the County Board Room of the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson. The Board will act on items 1-2 and 5-6 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at approximately 11:15 a.m., the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board may convene in closed session under the authority of s. 19.85(1)(g), Wisconsin Statutes, to confer with legal counsel on strategy with respect to ongoing litigation (Wade et. al vs. DNR Board). ADDED

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.
