NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, the Natural Resources Board will tour and/or receive presentations at the following locations (NOTE: The public must preregister with Board Liaison to attend scheduled tours. Registration information is located on the last page of the agenda. Exact tour schedule is subject to change). Tour 1: At approximately 12:43 p.m., the Board will arrive at a field located south of W14125 County Road A (at spur’s end), Bowler, WI, topic: Streambank Initiative. Tour 2: At approximately 1:08 p.m., the Board will arrive at W13678 County Road A, Bowler, WI, topic: Young Forest Initiative. Tour 3: At approximately 1:38 p.m., the Board will arrive at 12886 River Road, Bowler, WI, topic: Stockbridge oak wilt. Tour 4: Arrive at approximately 2:11 p.m. the Board will arrive at W10488 Big Lake Road, Gresham, WI, topic: wetland mitigation and restoration. Tour 5: At approximately 2:39 p.m. the Board will arrive at Menominee Tribal Enterprises (MTE), Camp 24 Road, Keshena, WI, topic: forestry practices. Tour 6: At approximately 3:44 p.m., the Board will arrive at Riverside Park-Huckleberry Harbor, 222 N. Sawyer Street, Shawano, WI, topic: aquatic plant management and partnerships.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will have a social and dinner discussion with tribal leaders beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at the North Star Mohican Casino in the Casino Events Center, W12180 County Road A, Bowler, WI.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, at North Star Mohican Casino in the Casino Events Center, W12180 County Road A, Bowler, WI. The Board will act on items 1-3 and 6-7 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at approximately 11:15 a.m., the Natural Resources Board will meet in closed session under the authority of s.19.85(1)(g) Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of discussing potential litigation matters. Added

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.
