RE: Job Code 11272
Application materials will be reviewed and the most qualified candidates will be invited for an interview.
The primary duty of the Real Estate program associate is to review grant records received from the US Fish and Wildlife Service and compare land acquisition costs, cost allocations, acreages and other grant information to ensure consistency in reporting in the DNR Land Records System. The program associate will compare records, highlight inconsistencies, record errors and log correction codes to the LRS database.
The Real Estate Program Associate will work closely with the Real Estate Land Records Officer until competency is displayed in records research, after which general supervision will suffice. Competency will be demonstrated through sound judgment displayed by the program associate in database reconciliation decisions and reporting. Frequent updates between Land Records Officer and Real Estate Program Associate are required to monitor quality of work and project progress.
