Waterway & Wetland Permits: Agriculturalists

Question 1: As a farmer working in agriculture aren’t we exempt from the permit requirements of the state affecting navigable waterways?

Answer: In some cases if you are doing work in or near a navigable waterway for the purpose of agriculture you may be exempt from permit requirements.
