Wisconsin law prohibits the deposit of any material or placement of any structure upon the bed of any navigable water without permission from the state. If after reviewing the activity groups and our activity index you were unable to find an exemption for your project or a General Permit category that fit, please use this Individual Permit form to submit your permit application to the state.
