Glenbeulah Springs, in the Mullet River Watershed, is a 1.11 acre springs-lake that falls in Sheboygan County. This springs-lake is a Class II Trout Water under the Fisheries Program. This springs-lake is managed for fishing and swimming and is currently not considered impaired.

Source: 1968, Surface Water Resources of Sheboygan County Glenbeulah Springs T15N, R21E, Section 6 Surface Acres = 1.2, S.D.F. - 1.59, Maximum Depth = 12 feet A small spring pond near the Village of Glenbeulah and within the Kettle Moraine State Forest. The major springs are located in a large pool adjoining a wooded hillside. The outlet of the pond enters the inlet stream of Otter Pond, and is equipped with a fish barrier. Warmer water and comparatively low flow at the outlet do not interfere with annual stocking of brook trout. Woodcock and grouse habitat contribute to the wildlife assets in the area. Hunting is permitted and access is available through the State Forest.

Monitoring the condition of a river, stream, or lake includes gathering physical, chemical, biological, and habitat data. Comprehensive studies often gather all these parameters in great detail, while lighter assessment events will involve sampling physical, chemical and biological data such as macroinvertebrates. Aquatic macroinvertebrates and fish communities integrate watershed or catchment condition, providing great insight into overall ecosystem health. Chemical and habitat parameters tell researchers more about human induced problems including contaminated runoff, point source dischargers, or habitat issues that foster or limit the potential of aquatic communities to thrive in a given area.
