Point Source TMDL implementation – Wastewater/Storm water/CAFO

Once the TMDL is approved, federal and state regulations require implementation of point source requirements, or wasteload allocations (WLAs), from the TMDL to be expressed in Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (WPDES) permits.
