Wisconsin Storm Water Manual
The Department of Natural Resources developed the Wisconsin Storm Water Manual to aid communities, developers, contractors and consulting engineers in controlling storm water pollutants from existing and new developments. Part 1 of the manual is an overview of storm water planning, storm water legal issues, pollution prevention, and best management practices. Part 2 of the manual has technical design guidelines that have been replaced by the storm water Post-construction Technical Standards for meeting regulatory requirements in Wisconsin. However, Part 2 is still available and may be helpful as a reference document.
