Homestead Campground Notice: There may be temporary interruptions of water and electrical service to the Homestead Campground during construction.

Trails

All trails at Wyalusing State Park are open. Leaves are falling from the trees and now have lots of colorful  leaves covering the ground.
Leaves are falling from the trees and now have lots of colorful  leaves covering the ground. Sighting of deer have been plentiful now that the corn and beans have been picked. Hikers have been walking the trails to see the beauty of the Mississippi and Wisconsin Rivers.

River and lakes

Fisherman have been fishing at Glenn Lake and have been very successful.

Events

The park is celebrating its centennial year and we hope to make it a great one with programs scheduled throughout the year. Check at the park for information about kids programs, informational stands, guided hikes and canoe trips or see the DNR Events Calendar for a list of events at Wyalusing and other state parks.

Starsplitters [exit DNR] programs take place at the Lawrence Huser Astronomy Center in the park.

Camping

Don't move firewood!

Don't move firewood!Due to the potential of carrying harmful tree pests and diseases, Wisconsin has restrictions for moving firewood.

Campers, camping on the Wisconsin Ridge Campground have been watching the Bald Eagles soring over the rivers and the bluffs.

Shower Building and Dumping Station are closed for the season. Winter water supply is available.

Camping reservations for outdoor campsites can be made online or by calling 888-947-2757.

Concessions

The concession stand is closed for the season.

The park is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Each vehicle parking in the park must have a vehicle admission sticker. If the office is not staffed, please use the self-registration station just past the drive-up window at the park office.
