2015 annual park stickers

2015 annual park stickers are now available and make great gifts. If you self-register for a sticker it will be mailed to you.

Trails

The main gate and campground are closed for the season. Parking is in the winter lot on Czech Ave. Park stickers are still required; please use the self-registration.

Please do not park in front of the main gate.

No food, pets or drinks are allowed on the stairway. Users are restricted to the stairway and it is open from 6 am to sunset but not maintained for winter use.

Camping

Don't move firewood!

Don't move firewood!Due to the potential of carrying harmful tree pests and diseases, Wisconsin has restrictions for moving firewood.

The campground is closed for the season.

Hunting

Gun and archery hunting and trapping are allowed in open areas of the park form November 15th to December 15th. Archery hunting continued until January 4th. Hunting maps are available at the winter lot or online. Maps showing open and closed areas are also posted on bulletin boards. For the 4 day antlerless hunt you must have a tag valid for use in the Central Forest zone.

The 2015 photo contest has started!

GPS units are available to check out at the park office. Horseshoes and volleyballs are available to check out and use at the mound shelter.

Looking to help out the park?  Ask for a trash bag for pulling garlic mustard in the campground area.
