First harvest certificate

Congratulations on harvesting your first deer! You are now fully entrenched in the rich tradition and family values that ARE deer hunting in Wisconsin. On behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, we would like to present you with a certificate to commemorate your experience, and honor that special moment. If you would like to receive a first harvest certificate, please complete the information below and upload a photo of your harvest. A printable certificate will then be sent to the supplied email address.

  • Certificates will be created for deer harvested in 2014 only
  • Photo must
    • Show no alcoholic containers, inappropriate gun/bow handling, disrespect to the animal, etc.
    • Be taken in the field and be appropriate for publication. Anything deemed inappropriate will receive a stock photo
  • Requests for certificates that contain inappropriate language or messages will not be fulfilled
