Accessing eCMAR Forms and Wisconsin User IDs

Using the DNR Electronic Business Switchboard

We're using a new front door to access your eCMAR form - the DNR Electronic Business Switchboard helps people find DNR electronic forms using the State’s Web Access Management System (WAMS) without having to re-log in each time.

If you submitted an eCMAR last year, you'll log in as usual through the Switchboard. Use your current Wisconsin user ID and password. Update your contact information and roles, if needed, on the registration page. Find the facilities that you work for and the associated eCMAR form. Review the Switchboard tutorial for more information.

Registration Process for New eCMAR Submitters

If you do not have a Wisconsin user ID, you can also use the Switchboard to register for one. Each authorized eCMAR user should have their own unique email address and should obtain their own user ID. Wisconsin user ID’s are assigned to a person, not a facility. The Department sets up your file data to allow access to your eCMAR form to only your authorized users. The registration process works this way:

1. You Register	2. DNR Processes and Responds	3. You Obtain Forms
Use the Switchboard to create a Wisconsin user ID and register with your contact information and user roles.	DNR processes registration information	Use the Switchboard to access your eCMAR using your Wisconsin user ID and password.
Send in a signed copy of your registration form to DNR.	DNR notifies you that your eCMAR is available usually late April.
Activate your user ID within 4 days.
