About the Authors

Jae K. (Jim) Park is an Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Yon-Sei University, Seoul, Korea, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Seoul National University, and a Ph.D. in Public Health Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, United Kingdom. He has worked as a consulting engineer in Korea and Australia. Professor Park has published over 30 journal articles, written more than 20 technical reports and given numerous presentations at national and international conferences.
