About the Authors

Jae K. (Jim) Park is an Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Yon-Sei University, Seoul, Korea, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Seoul National University and a Ph.D. in Public Health Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, United Kingdom. He has worked as a consulting engineer in Korea and Australia. Professor Park has published over 30 journal articles, written more than 20 technical reports and given numerous presentations at national and international conferences. Jenchie Wang is a Ph.D. candidate in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
