Table 1: Assessment of LTRMP Stratified Random Sampling data for state water quality standard exceedances, 1993-2002
Monitoring based on quarterly sampling conducted in different aquatic areas (strata). The periods include spring (April-May), summer (July-August) and fall (September-October). Sampling depth was 0.2 m. Data are assessed by USGS hydrologic unit code (HUC) reaches adopted by the five Upper Mississippi River States (IA, IL, MN, MO & WI).
